We offer culturally safe counseling, mental health support, traditional healing practices, wellness workshops, crisis intervention, addiction support, and referrals to health services for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
We provide educational support including school advocacy, tutoring connections, post-secondary planning, scholarship applications, adult education resources, computer literacy training, and guidance to help you achieve your learning goals.
We provide confidential counseling, crisis intervention, trauma support, depression and anxiety care, stress management, traditional healing approaches, wellness workshops, and referrals to mental health services in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
We offer compassionate, harm reduction-focused support including addiction counseling, connections to treatment programs, traditional healing, family support, relapse prevention, recovery circles, and ongoing wellness support without judgment.
Our youth programs offer after-school activities, homework support, leadership development, cultural programming, mentorship, arts and recreation, and safe spaces for young people aged 13-29 to learn, grow, and connect.
We provide Elder gatherings, cultural activities, transportation assistance, family support services, parenting workshops, advocacy, early childhood programming, and resources that strengthen families and honor our knowledge keepers.
Join our cultural programs including Indigenous language classes, traditional arts and crafts, cultural teachings, ceremonies, storytelling, land-based learning, and Elder mentorship to reconnect with or explore Indigenous culture and identity.
